Job Requirements and Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

① Responsible for internal management within the project department: organizing internal training, promoting compliance control over expense reimbursement, streamlining and optimizing work processes, and driving the implementation of standardization.

② Follow up on the cost, schedule, and quality control of each project; establish records and prepare reporting materials to provide data support for decision-making.

③ Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration: Coordinating with self-inspections and compliance checks, disseminating information, and facilitating the resolution of coordination issues.

④ Coordinate personnel-related tasks: Compile employee performance evaluation data and follow up on intern management (including onboarding guidance, attendance tracking, and growth monitoring, etc.);

⑤ Organize leadership reporting materials (summaries, plans, etc.), and compile a weekly report on the project department’s operational status and submit it.

⑥ Responsible for filing and maintaining documents and archives, preparing for meetings and following up on meeting minutes, and assisting with office supply management and attendance verification.

⑦ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

① Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Project Management, Management Science, Information Management, Engineering Management, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a port-related field.

② Possesses 1-3 Relevant work experience of one year (experience as an assistant in a functional department or in assisting with administrative tasks);

③ Familiar with corporate administrative office procedures, basic project management processes, compliance and process management, as well as data and document handling.

④ Holds a Level 2 Computer Certificate and a CET-6 English Certificate;

⑤ Possesses strong document-writing skills, communication and coordination abilities, and problem-solving skills; able to respond quickly to leadership requests and handle ad-hoc tasks appropriately; demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset.

⑥ Age 35 Age [age] and under, outgoing personality, strong stress tolerance, and able to adapt to occasional overtime work.
