During loading and unloading operations at the Quay, “anti-lift” is not merely a matter of vehicle identification; it involves an interlock judgment that directly affects lifting safety: when a Quay Crane or Yard Crane lifts a container, if the locking pin has not been fully released, if one side remains locked, or if mechanical coupling between the chassis and the container still exists, the system must complete identification before the entire vehicle or half of it is lifted off the ground, and reliably transmit the result to the PLC or the safety interlock, triggering shutdown, slow lift, or an alarm.

On May 28, Fujian Port Group held the twelfth session of the “Fujian Port Lecture Series.” This session was themed “From Automation to Autonomy: Industrial Transformation, Application Innovation, and Security Governance in the Age of Intelligent Agents,” and featured a special lecture by Liu Jiantao, Chief Scientist of Fujian Port Technology Group. On May 21, the seventh joint meeting of the China–Malaysia Port Alliance was held in Nanning, Guangxi. With the core theme of “Empowering through Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization, Deepening Port–Shipping Connectivity, and Building a New Channel for China–Malaysia Cooperation,” the conference brought together 26 member units and 21 observer units from both China and Malaysia, totaling 145 government and business guests as well as industry leaders, to discuss new pathways for port–shipping cooperation and map out a fresh blueprint for regional development.
