In December 2020, the large vehicle collision avoidance system was officially launched in Haixiang. The system uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to recognize the categories and distances of common targets (people, vehicles, equipment, etc.) at the dock. It can accurately estimate the types, distances, and motion trends of obstacles within a 15 meter range, effectively avoiding false triggering and meeting the needs of large vehicle collision avoidance. The system can achieve different intelligent deceleration and emergency braking controls based on the speed of the large vehicle, according to the type and distance of the target object, to ensure the safety of port operators.
