XJTU Alumni Visit HIRI FUTURE to Explore New Paths for Digital Management of Safety and Control in Shipbuilding
Release time:
2025-10-30
On October 28, experts from the Xiamen Xi Jiaotong Hard Science and Technology Intelligent Factory Design Institute, along with alumni from Xi'an Jiaotong University, visited HIRI FUTURE for a technical exchange, engaging in an in-depth discussion centered on "digital management of safety control in shipbuilding."
At the exchange meeting, Zhang Rongjie, head of HIRI’s R&D department, provided a detailed introduction to the company’s development journey, technical architecture, and achievements in building intelligent security and safety management platforms. He highlighted the company’s digital solutions in the field of intelligent security control, including safety management in industrial manufacturing processes and safety management in terminal operations and production. Using several case studies, he illustrated the significant value of these solutions in enhancing the efficiency of shipbuilding and operational safety management.
During the interactive session, members from Xi'an Jiaotong University engaged in exchanges and discussions with HIRI FUTURE's technical team on specific application scenarios of AI technology in shipbuilding processes, data security and system integration, as well as intelligent early warning and emergency response mechanisms. They expressed high appreciation for HIRI FUTURE's technological expertise in the field of intelligent safety management, particularly noting its outstanding performance in multi-scenario adaptation and deep optimization of AI functionalities, which effectively addresses the safety management needs of shipbuilding.
The experts attending the meeting unanimously agreed that, as shipbuilding is accelerating its transition toward intelligent and green practices, safety management has become a core area that urgently needs to be strengthened in the industry. By establishing an intelligent security system integrating sensing, analysis, early warning, and decision-making, it is possible to achieve real-time monitoring and risk control over multiple dimensions—including personnel, vessels, and the environment—effectively mitigating operational risks and enhancing management accuracy.
Taking this opportunity, both parties have deepened their technological collaboration and laid a solid foundation for future project cooperation between HIRI and HIRI FUTURE in areas such as intelligent ship manufacturing and industrial internet security.
