Automatic Gantry steering System (AGSS)

By leveraging AI-powered visual perception integrated with GNSS, the system performs deviation correction and positioning for heavy vehicles. It continuously monitors the vehicle’s travel posture in real time, accurately determining the magnitude and direction of any deviation, and then implements speed reduction, emergency stopping, and course-correction control to ensure straight, stable travel and precise positioning, guiding the vehicle to its designated berth.

Core capacity:
Low-cost retrofitting of positioning aids such as anti-slip touch strips and ground magnetic studs.
For the large vehicle, the deviation correction standard is within 3 cm whether at high or low speed.
Small torque adjustments are made every 200 ms to ensure smoother voltage and current control.

Lower cost
There is no need to install additional infrastructure such as conductor rails or magnetic markers, significantly reducing retrofit costs and construction complexity.

The standard requirement in mainstream industries is that the deviation of a large vehicle should be within 5 centimeters. However, HIRI FUTURE’s vision solution can keep the deviation within 3 centimeters whether at high or low speeds, setting an even higher standard for deviation correction and protection.

Leveraging extensive scene-data-driven modeling and autonomous learning, the system maintains stable correction even under challenging conditions such as faded lane markings and ground clutter.


Better Performance  
The system performs fine-tuning of the steering with small torque approximately every 200 milliseconds, resulting in smoother voltage and current variations and thereby achieving deviation correction that surpasses manual control.

Dual redundancy
Dual-redundant AI vision and GNSS solutions: When satellite signals are blocked or fail, the AI vision system can independently perform positioning, navigation, and error-correction protection; and when ground markings are missing or damaged, rendering visual recognition impossible, the GNSS system can likewise operate independently to provide positioning, navigation, and error-correction protection.

Comprehensive functionality
Supports Autonomous driving for berthing, crossing streets, and between stack yards, realizing Intelligent scheduling across the entire Procedure.
