Tech-Driven Safety | Proactive Collision Prevention with Equipment? AI Has Its Own System!
Release time:
2025-10-31
When a person is walking or running,
Will instinctively dodge obstacles.
Avoid collisions to prevent bodily injury.
If the massive gantry cranes and bridge cranes in the port...
It can also have a human’s “eyes” and “brain.”
Whether it can possess self-awareness and decision-making capabilities
How can we thereby avoid collision accidents?
To minimize the occurrence of port collision accidents, HIRI FUTURE, under the guidance of Fujian Port Group and Xiamen Port Holdings Group, has fully implemented the requirements of the three-year special campaign document on "Promoting Safety through Science and Technology." Leveraging AI visual fusion and multi-modal laser sensing technologies, HIRI FUTURE has independently developed a Gantry Collision Prevent System. This system can classify and detect various types of obstacles along the equipment’s travel path and autonomously decide whether to slow down or stop, thereby preventing collision accidents caused by human error and effectively enhancing the safety factor of port operations.
Port equipment gets "Sky Eye" capabilities.
Automatically identifies different types of obstacles.
HIRI FUTURE leverages AI-powered visual fusion and multi-modal laser sensing technology to equip large vehicles with the ability to "see and understand." Compared to traditional single-laser solutions, this system can establish centimeter-level precise electronic fences within a 15-meter range and accurately detect and identify various types of obstacles along the vehicle's travel path, effectively preventing false triggers.
Port equipment has a "smart brain."
Autonomous decision-making intervenes in device control.
Through massive data modeling and autonomous machine learning, HIRI FUTURE has endowed large vehicles with the ability to "think"—the system can autonomously make decisions and intervene in vehicle control by intelligently slowing down and initiating emergency braking based on various factors such as the movement trends of obstacles, the vehicle's current speed and direction, and its distance from obstacles, thereby implementing collision-avoidance strategies at different angles, including 0° and 90°.
Except for large vehicles
HIRI FUTURE also endows
The port mobile machinery is equipped with collision avoidance capabilities.
Comprehensively enhance the safety factor of port operations.
