As a state-owned high-tech enterprise deeply rooted in the smart port sector, Fujian Electronic Port Co., Ltd. (HIRI FUTURE) has long been committed to the deep integration of multimodal large-model technologies with port operational scenarios, striving to drive the intelligent upgrading of key port processes such as loading and unloading, positioning, and early warning. To date, the company has secured more than 70 core invention patents and software copyrights, establishing an independent intellectual property system centered on full-stack technologies encompassing “perception-decision-execution.” In typical scenarios such as dynamic container positioning, automated crane operation, and collision-avoidance early warning, HIRI FUTURE, leveraging its self-developed AI algorithms and deep integration with domestically produced chips, has achieved industry-leading performance metrics: detection accuracy for truck deviation angles below 0.5°, spreader swing control within ±3 cm, and a collision-avoidance early-warning accuracy rate exceeding 96%. These breakthroughs have filled the domestic gap in independently controllable core technologies for smart port loading and unloading, effectively addressing the longstanding “bottleneck” issue of over-reliance on imported smart port equipment.

Fujian Electronic Port (HIRI FUTURE) will take this selection as a provincial-level “Leading Goose” software enterprise as an opportunity to further increase its investment in artificial intelligence technology research and development, expand cross-sector intelligent applications in areas such as railways, mining, and ecological farming, and promote the upgrade of smart port solutions toward greater efficiency, safety, and sustainability, thereby injecting new momentum into Fujian Province's AI industry development and the construction of a transportation powerhouse.

Stack yard operations “bowling”? With triple-layered oversight in place, it’s hard to even crash into it.

During operations, if a Spreader or the container it is lifting accidentally collides with containers already stacked in the Stack yard, it can trigger an incident commonly referred to as “bowling,” which, through a chain reaction, may result in damage to multiple containers and cargo, and even lead to casualties and operational disruptions—posing serious safety hazards.
