On October 16, Wei Qiuxin, General Manager of Fujian Port Technology Group, and his delegation visited the Zhangzhou Gulei Economic Development Zone to conduct a special technical exchange with Zhangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd. on the informatization of port terminals. Chen Yun, General Manager of Zhangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., also attended the meeting.

At the meeting, both parties focused on exploring the intelligent collaboration of core production and operational processes at petrochemical terminals and the construction path for an integrated tank farm management system, with the solution under the brand “HIRI FUTURE” of Fujian Port Technology Group as the core. General Manager Wei Qiuxin introduced that the system aims to establish a closed-loop digital ecosystem spanning the entire chain—from order to cash—and seeks to drive operations through data, enabling a profound transformation of tank farms from passive operations to proactive management, thereby building a comprehensive, intelligent management and decision-support system for petrochemical terminals.

At the system functionality level, both parties further carried out integration work on key modules. In particular, in the metering and scheduling stages, the system effectively ensures the accuracy of inventory management by automatically collecting and intelligently correcting data. At the same time, leveraging intelligent scheduling and dynamic tracking technologies, it optimizes the allocation of resources such as vessels and Berths, thereby comprehensively improving terminal operational efficiency and reducing demurrage costs.

Chen Yun expressed high appreciation for HIRI FUTURE's technical expertise and practical achievements in the intelligent construction of tank farms, and looks forward to deeply applying HIRI FUTURE's leading AI solutions to scenarios such as the chemical tank farm in the Gulei Port Area in the future. By leveraging technology, we can drive the intelligent upgrade of warehousing, logistics, and production operations, and jointly establish a new benchmark for smart and green port areas.
