At the exchange meeting, Wei Qiuxin, General Manager of Fujian Port Technology Group, welcomed the delegation from the Management Committee of Anshan Lishan Economic Development Zone. He introduced that since its establishment in May of this year, the group has been consistently focused on cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, dedicated to building a comprehensive, intelligent ecosystem characterized by “port core plus multi-industry empowerment.” Currently, the group’s business covers a multi-dimensional system including smart port operations, port-of-entry informatization, digitalized management and control, and green, electric ports. Driven by both digital and intelligent transformation and low-carbon transition, the group has achieved breakthroughs in numerous fields.

Wei Qiuxin highlighted the AI algorithm research and software-hardware integration innovation capabilities of the group’s brand, “HIRI FUTURE.” He stated that since its inception, HIRI FUTURE has been committed to driving the intelligent transformation of traditional ports, developing a series of smart products and comprehensive solutions that have successfully helped port terminals transition from “single-machine automation” to “system-level intelligence.” As the integration of “AI + industry” continues to deepen, HIRI FUTURE is leveraging its expertise in port intelligence to build end-to-end capabilities—spanning “equipment sensing, process scheduling, management efficiency enhancement, and ecosystem collaboration”—and is now extending these capabilities to diverse industries such as logistics, animal husbandry, metallurgy, and petrochemicals, using technology to empower industrial upgrades.

Xu Ying, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Anshan Lishan Economic Development Zone, highly praised the technological strength and innovative achievements of Fujian Port Technology Group and HIRI FUTURE. She noted that as the northern gateway of Anshan City, the Lishan Economic Development Zone is focusing on developing three key industries: deep processing of steel, specialized metallurgical equipment manufacturing, and resource recycling and reuse. The development zone enjoys a geographical advantage—being only 100 kilometers from Yingkou Port—and boasts the second-largest railway marshalling yard in Northeast China, providing excellent conditions for developing logistics and transportation, bonded warehousing, distribution, and supply-chain services.

Deputy Director Xu Ying expressed her anticipation of deepening cooperation with HIRI FUTURE and Fujian Port Technology Group. She hopes to introduce HIRI FUTURE’s advanced technologies, such as AI-powered visual recognition, big data analytics, and intelligent scheduling algorithms, to further enhance the development and application of key scenarios—including on-site warehousing and transportation route planning—thus achieving end-to-end digital control over the entire process, from raw materials to finished products. At the same time, she believes that by integrating an intelligent management system, it will be possible to coordinate and dynamically optimize production resources, transport vehicles, and yard storage within the development zone, comprehensively improving resource utilization efficiency and management response speed.

She particularly emphasized the hope to deeply leverage HIRI FUTURE’s intelligent remote-control system for RMGs, building a “smart hub” that covers local railway transportation nodes, effectively linking upstream and downstream segments of railway transport, breaking down information silos, significantly enhancing the development zone’s railway collection and distribution capabilities and multimodal transport levels, and injecting strong technological momentum into the upgrade of the regional logistics hub’s capabilities.

This meeting has laid a solid foundation for our next steps of cooperation. Looking ahead, both sides will strengthen communication and coordination, build consensus, and jointly commit to promoting the successful implementation and integration of artificial intelligence technologies into logistics and industrial applications within the Lishan Economic Development Zone.
