The Gantry Collision Prevent System, which employs AI vision and laser-based dual redundancy, classifies and detects various objects in the gantry’s direction of travel. It intelligently delineates deceleration and stopping zones based on factors such as the gantry’s travel direction and distance, enabling smooth control and preventing abrupt stops and shocks. Furthermore, using intelligent algorithms, it defines virtual zones within the travel range, implementing collision‑avoidance control strategies for each direction of travel.

Unlike traditional indiscriminate detection schemes, this system employs advanced AI visual algorithms to accurately identify and classify obstacle types (such as pedestrians, vehicles, and equipment). By intelligently assessing collision risk levels, it effectively filters out non-threatening targets like ground vegetation and floating debris, significantly reducing the false alarm rate and ensuring the accuracy and reliable performance of collision‑avoidance responses.
Accurate estimation of motion trends
The system integrates obstacle motion trajectories and heavy vehicle operating states in real time, making intelligent decisions based on multi-dimensional parameters such as distance and relative speed, and dynamically delineating deceleration and braking zones. This enables a smooth transition from early warning through deceleration to full stop, preventing equipment shock and mechanical damage caused by emergency braking, thereby ensuring operational continuity and equipment safety.

Centimeter-level precise distance measurement
Leveraging laser–vision fusion perception technology, highly precise electronic fences can be flexibly configured along all directions of equipment movement, with detection accuracy reaching the centimeter level. These fences support customizable multi‑zone and multi‑angle settings, enabling highly sensitive and accurate monitoring and protection against collision risks in targeted directions.
A multi-purpose camera that saves costs.
The camera mounted on the large vehicle’s doorpost not only supports active collision avoidance but also simultaneously enables functions such as vehicle alignment correction and electronic fence detection. By leveraging a single sensor to deliver multiple capabilities, it significantly reduces the complexity of hardware deployment and system integration, helping customers cut overall retrofitting costs by more than 50%.

Supports flow‑based collision avoidance.
This system solution can be extended to various types of mobile machinery at ports. When an obstacle is detected in the direction of travel and the operator fails to apply effective braking, the system will actively intervene to control the machine, forcibly reducing speed until it comes to a complete stop—effectively equipping the mobile machinery with an Intelligent “Mis踩 Pedal,” thereby effectively preventing collision accidents caused by human error.
