Mobile Machinery-Al Early Warning and Intelligent Collision Prevention System
The system has established a data-driven, Intelligent security prevention and control framework that integrates edge–device–cloud collaboration. It uses front-end Intelligent sensing devices to collect real-time data on vehicle status, driver behavior, and the surrounding environment, and uploads this real-time information to a cloud-based Intelligent safety supervision platform, enabling end-to-end closed-loop management—from real-time alerts and behavioral analysis to risk intervention and post-event data review.

The system features identity authentication, blind-spot panoramic surround view, driver behavior monitoring, collision warning, and Intelligent Auxiliary Braking.

- AI-powered panoramic monitoring and recognition for enhanced safety, with in-vehicle alerts for the driver and external warnings for pedestrians.
- Based on the current vehicle speed, flow type, and other factors, an Intelligent deceleration/stop interval is customized, thereby avoiding the misbraking and jerky motion caused by fixed thresholds in traditional solutions.
- Supports driver fatigue detection and violation detection.
- Real-time recording, aggregation, and analysis of flow‑machine operation data are performed in the backend system.
