Reach stacker container number recognition system

The Reach stacker container number recognition system is an Intelligent data collection terminal specially designed for mobile equipment such as Reach stackers and forklifts. Based on “OCR + AI verification” technology, the system can accurately and contactlessly automatically recognize container numbers on all surfaces—whether vertical, horizontal, multi-line, or including special characters—during dynamic operations like lifting, traveling, and turning. It then uploads standardized data in real time to the Stack yard management system or the railway freight system, enabling automated collection of container movement information and end-to-end traceability, thereby helping to improve Stack yard operational efficiency and digital management levels.

1. Multi-pose adaptive recognition:

During the operation, streams are extracted according to different Procedures, enabling multi-pose data acquisition and recognition.
Vertical container number recognition: Accurately identifies the standard container number vertically sprayed on the side of the container.
Horizontal container number recognition: Effectively identifies the horizontal container number and nameplate information at the container door.

Multi-line and dense-character processing: Accurately parses multi-line, densely arranged box-number strings that include the shipper code, equipment identifier, sequence number, and check digit.
Country Code and Container Type Identification: Simultaneously identifies the country code (e.g., CN, US) and the container type code on each container, providing data support for container classification and management.

2. Batch Processing:

Supports multi-angle, multi‑instance recognition for individual containers, selecting the optimal result to ensure data accuracy.
