T-ISAS Port Security Intelligent Analysis System

The system boasts multi-dimensional, three-dimensional monitoring capabilities, integrating existing surveillance equipment to enable panoramic stitching, AI‑driven interconnection, and combined monitoring. Leveraging AI‑powered analytics, the system can automatically detect various violations, perform trajectory tracking and issue early warnings, and generate data reports based on preconfigured templates, thereby enhancing regulatory agencies’ scheduling accuracy and emergency response efficiency. It also promotes the standardization of port operation safety and the visualization of comprehensive management, enabling unified, tagged management of port resources through a single integrated dashboard.

System Functions
The T-ISAS system has established a port-based Intelligent security protection framework that covers all domains, all elements, and all weather conditions. Its core functional modules include:
Border Management:

Based on video AI and high-precision positioning technology, it achieves 24-hour continuous Intelligent monitoring of key areas such as port closed zones and hazardous-material Stack yards, providing real-time alerts for intrusions, climbing, and trespassing, thereby strengthening multi-layered perimeter security.

Intelligent Application for High-Precision Port Positioning:

Through high-precision positioning and an artificial intelligence recognition system, applications such as trajectory tracking of people, vehicles, goods, and equipment, personnel management, traffic governance support, resource scheduling, Stack yard settlement monitoring, and parapet displacement monitoring are realized.

Intelligent violation analysis and alert:

Identification, upload, and alerting of violations. An AI model is established to detect infractions committed by port‑area personnel, vehicles, and equipment (e.g., failure to wear personal protective equipment, crossing outside designated crosswalks, speeding or illegal parking, unauthorized U‑turns, and various other non‑compliant operational practices).
Multimodal biometrics:

Integrating multimodal biometric technologies enables identity verification of personnel accessing equipment, monitoring of driver fatigue, and real-time tracking of equipment and materials, thereby reducing safety risks.

M-ISAS Machine-Intelligent Security Analysis System:
By leveraging AI analysis and collecting data through various sensing devices, the system provides on-site safety protection for individual equipment.
