Intelligent Yard Plan System (IYPS)
Container Collection Planning at the Gate:
Construct probabilistic graphical models based on historical data, dynamically compute port- and cargo-ton-specific yard planning schemes, and optimize container stacking configurations.
Shore unloading planning:
Taking into account equipment status, task distribution, and stack storage conditions, the system automatically assigns yard locations for unloading containers in accordance with allocation principles such as “decentralized yet centralized.”
Stack yard organization and planning:
According to the management requirements of the Stack yard area, a stacking plan is formulated for scattered containers that need to be organized in the Stack yard, thereby improving the utilization rate of the port’s yard.
Real-time dynamic positioning:
Based on container ownership information, combined with planning and the current level of activity in the yard, the system automatically calculates the optimal storage location.
Indicator
Stack yard utilization increased by 5%
5% improvement in ship loading/unloading efficiency
5% reduction in box-opening rate
Reduced the travel distance of the large vehicle by 5%.
Automatically generates results in ≤1 second.
