Trailer Lifting Prevent System (TLPS)

HIRI FUTURE has launched an Intelligent Trailer Lifting Prevent System, which leverages artificial intelligence technology to redefine port‑operation safety‑alert standards. By training an AI model on massive amounts of data, the system can perform real-time, comprehensive analysis of complex conditions—including vehicle status, wheel alignment, chassis integrity, and container tilt—enabling it to accurately assess the risk of a trailer being lifted and promptly and appropriately intervene to restrict equipment movements. Unlike conventional approaches that rely on manual threshold adjustments, this system delivers fully automated, intelligent early warning and response, significantly enhancing the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of loading and unloading operations.

Product Features
Early warning at the “tire never leaves the ground” level
Traditional solutions typically trigger an alarm when the tire is 40 cm off the ground. The HIRI FUTURE system, leveraging AI technology, lowers the lift‑detection height to the industry’s lowest level, enabling early warnings in most scenarios even before the tire leaves the ground.
Two-stage machine learning
The first stage involves assessing the temporal changes between pairs of components, such as tires, wheels, frames, and containers. The second stage entails a comprehensive evaluation to determine whether a container-handling vehicle is at risk of being lifted. Rather than predefining lifting rules and conditions for the machine, we provide it with examples of lifting scenarios, enabling it to autonomously identify patterns and learn from them.

Comprehensive, multidimensional perception
Based on fused vision–laser perception technology, the system can capture multi‑dimensional features such as tire geometry, wheel hub position, vehicle frame orientation, and container tilt, enabling comprehensive coverage and precise decision‑making in complex lifting scenarios.
