Trailer Lifting Prevent System (TLPS)
Core capacity
AI Model Autonomous Perception and Judgment
Most scenarios can trigger an ultra-low-altitude warning with “tires remaining off the ground.”
Visual and laser dual redundancy
Covers more than 40 typical lifting conditions
Product Features
“Tire-on-the-ground”-level early warning
Traditional solutions usually trigger an alarm when the tire is 40 cm off the ground. However, the HIRI FUTURE system uses AI technology to reduce the lifting recognition height to the industry’s lowest level, enabling early warnings in most scenarios even before the tire leaves the ground.
Two-Stage Machine Learning
The first stage involves analyzing the temporal changes in pairs of components, such as tires, wheels, chassis, and containers. The second stage entails a comprehensive assessment of whether the container-handling tractor is at risk of being lifted. Rather than predefining specific rules and conditions for lifting, the system is provided with a set of lifting examples, allowing it to autonomously identify patterns and learn the underlying principles of lifting.
Comprehensive, multidimensional perception
Leveraging fused vision-and-LiDAR perception technology, the system can capture multi-dimensional features such as tire geometry, wheel hub position, vehicle frame attitude, and container tilt, thereby achieving comprehensive coverage and precise assessment of complex lifting scenarios.
