Visual Final Landing System (VFLS)
Core capacity:
HIRI VFLS is a lightweight vision model for ports, enabling joint perception of semantic and spatial awareness.
Minimal hardware + algorithmic compensation, requiring only the reuse of the original CCTV camera on the Spreader.
Supports primary/secondary guidance for dual 20-foot containers during container loading.
Product Features:
Minimalist Hardware
Only the original 4 CCTV cameras on the Spreader need to be reused, without the need for additional LiDAR or multi-camera arrays, significantly reducing hardware costs and system complexity.
High-precision positioning
By integrating semantic perception and spatial perception technologies, the system achieves centimeter-level positioning accuracy for Spreader at high altitudes and millimeter-level positioning accuracy near containers, meeting the requirements for full-process automation of container stowage.
Strong scene adaptability
A dedicated visual model trained on a large amount of real port data maintains stable recognition and positioning capacity in complex scenarios such as strong light, shadow, container rust, and stacking interference.
Easy maintenance
By adopting front-end fusion technology and a unified coordinate system, the system avoids the problem of multi-sensor calibration drift, resulting in high Stability and low maintenance costs.
Full-process support
It covers the entire Operation Procedure from container loading at the first tier, high-tier stacking to precise container grasping, supports primary/secondary guidance for two 20-foot containers at a time, and adapts to diverse operational needs.
