The train anti-lift protection and Intelligent lock‑state monitoring system is an Intelligent protective solution designed to ensure the operational safety of RMGs in railway container stack yards. Targeting the critical risk point in the railway container handling process—the connection status of the locks between containers and railway flatcars—the system enables real-time monitoring and early warning of F‑TR lock conditions, thereby completely eliminating major safety accidents caused by improperly unlocked locks.

Intelligent Loading and Unloading Monitoring

During the unloading of flatcars, the system can simultaneously monitor the status of the four corner locks. If an abnormal condition is detected, an alarm message and audible alert will be displayed in the driver’s cab or at the remote control station, ensuring the safety of loading and unloading operations.

Intelligent real-time lock status monitoring

Multi-view visual inspection system: High-definition industrial cameras are deployed at key locations on the Spreader, capturing the status of the F-TR lock in real time from multiple angles. Intelligent status recognition: The system identifies in real time three states of the lock—“fully locked,” “partially unlocked,” and “fully unlocked.”
