This system focuses on the critical risk link in the railway container loading and unloading process—the lock connection status between containers and railway flatcars—enabling real-time monitoring and early warning of F-TR lock status, thereby completely eliminating major safety accidents caused by incomplete unlocking of locks.

Intelligent Monitoring for Loading and Unloading

During the unloading of flatcars, the system can simultaneously monitor the status of the four corner locks. If an abnormal condition is detected, an alarm message and audible alert will be displayed in the driver’s cab or at the remote control station, thereby ensuring the safety of loading and unloading operations.

Real-time Monitoring of Intelligent Lock Status

Multi-view visual inspection system: High-definition industrial cameras are deployed at key positions of the RMG Spreader to capture the status of F-TR locks from multiple angles in real time. Intelligent status recognition: The system can recognize in real time three states of the lock: "fully locked," "partially unlocked," and "fully unlocked."
