Through GIS visualization and real-time data synchronization, we address the challenges faced by remote management teams—namely, “being unable to see and unable to manage”—enabling remote, real-time monitoring of yard conditions and precise data traceability, thereby strengthening cross-regional management capacity. We have built a digital management platform for the yard, consolidating core data such as Weighing scale readings, stacking information, inventory levels, and shipper activities, laying the groundwork for subsequent intelligent applications like data analysis, smart storage location assignment, and predictive pickup scheduling, thus supporting the yard’s digital transformation.
