Automated Vehicle Positioning System
The trolley automatic positioning system achieves position verification by mounting positioning plates (FLAG plates) on both sides of the trolley and using through-beam sensors: when the trolley passes over a FLAG plate, the system uses the position value reported by the absolute encoder to determine the actual position corresponding to that FLAG plate, thereby calibrating the encoder’s position.
