RMG Container Number and Vehicle Number Information Recognition System

By integrating advanced artificial intelligence technologies with a high-performance AI controller and using cameras as the primary detection devices, the system intelligently detects truck numbers, license plate numbers, container types, container numbers, door orientations, and instances of abnormal opening. It also supports data exchange with third-party systems such as ECS, thereby enhancing the efficiency of Quay automation operations.

System Functions:

The container truck number and container number recognition system uses high-definition cameras to identify, in real time, the truck and container numbers, stores the data in a local recognition controller, and transmits it to the automation control system.

(1) The identification system can be integrated with the video remote control system, enabling real-time monitoring of the identification system’s operational status via the video remote control interface.

(2) The recognition system uses high-definition cameras to capture and recognize the container truck number and container number in real time, stores this information in the local recognition controller, and transmits it to the automation control system.

(3) Detect the license plate number of container trucks entering the work lane;

(4) After the container truck is aligned, verify the container number and container type information.

(5) After the Spreader is loaded onto the container, check the orientation of the container door.
