Trolley Automatic Positioning System

The Trolley automatic positioning system, combined with a magnetic scale and an encoder, achieves redundant detection of the Trolley’s position. Using a magnetic-scale positioning system, a magnetic-scale sensing antenna is mounted on the Trolley frame, while a continuous magnetic scale is installed along the Rail direction to provide positional reference. Additionally, an absolute-value encoder on the Trolley is used for position verification.
