Trailer Lifting Prevent System

The Trailer Lifting Prevent System detects the interrelationships among key information of the inner and outer trailers, and, in conjunction with changes in PLC equipment status (lifting position information, Trolley position information, and Spreader status information), determines whether the container is hooked to the frames of the inner and outer trailers. When either the inner or outer trailer is lifted, it issues an alarm and restricts the operation of the lifting mechanism.

System Functions

  • The Trailer Lifting Prevent System can be integrated with the video surveillance system, allowing real-time monitoring of both the internal and external Trailer Lifting Prevent Systems via the video surveillance system.
  • The Trailer Lifting Prevent System uses high-definition cameras and lasers to identify the interrelationships among key information of both the inner and outer trailers, and, by integrating changes in PLC equipment status data—such as lifting position, Trolley position, and Spreader status—it determines whether a container is hooked onto the trailer frame. Meanwhile, the system cross-verifies the results from redundant laser scanners and transmits them to a high-performance controller, achieving safety through dual redundancy.
  • During the lifting process, the system automatically detects instances where one twistlock on an inbound or outbound container truck remains unfastened while the load is being lifted.

  • During the lifting process, the system automatically detects whether the two twistlocks on both the inbound and outbound container trucks have been released before lifting.
  • During the lifting process, the system automatically detects whether the three twistlocks on both the inbound and outbound container trucks remain unlocked.
  • During the lifting process, the system automatically detects whether the four twistlocks on both the inbound and outbound container trucks remain unlocked.
  • Send identification information to the high-performance controller system and control the operation of the lifting mechanism.
