Initial train positioning
The train positioning system installs long-range lasers at the ends of the Rail, used to identify and locate trains and individual carriages on the loading/unloading tracks. By integrating train numbers, carriage numbers, quantities and lengths, as well as container number recognition systems and onboard train and container number recognition systems (OCR), it provides verified vehicle information, calculates the positions of the train and each carriage, and transmits this data to the railway RMG ACCS system. Combined with train loading and unloading information, this enables more effective planning of loading and unloading operations.
Automatic Train Information Recognition (RFID)
An information detection device that identifies train RFID cards is installed at an appropriate location at the entrance of the railway crossing, enabling the task train to accurately obtain the car type and car number information. By utilizing axle data, it can perform precise axle-counting and vehicle-counting calculations, accurately determining the current train’s number of cars, car types, car numbers, and other relevant details, and then feeding this information back to the ARMG for confirmation and execution.
