Final Landing System
The Final Landing System is a precise container positioning and automated stacking solution specifically designed for RMGs in rail stack yards.
The system, based on multimodal visual perception technology, achieves precise identification and guided control of the target container’s position, orientation, and height, supporting automated operations from the train side to stacking in the Stack yard.
System Advantages and Features
- With minimalist hardware plus algorithmic compensation, the vision system reuses only the CCTV camera mounted on the Spreader, leveraging multi-modal early fusion and a dedicated visual foundation model to achieve centimeter-level control.
- Lock status verification: The laser-based solution is integrated with the anti-lift system to confirm that the F-TR lock has been unlocked.
- Standard container handling: alignment for 20-foot and 40-foot standard containers.
