On November 25, TOC Asia 2025 (the Shipping Terminal Exhibition) officially kicked off at the Marina Bay Sands Convention and Exhibition Centre in Singapore.
From December 18 to 19, the 2025 Intelligent and Connected Industry Collaborative Innovation Development Conference was held in Xiamen. With the theme of “Collaborative Innovation Empowering Industrial Upgrading and Digital Integration Driving High-Quality Development,” the conference facilitated exchanges on collaborative innovation in the intelligent and connected industry, breakthroughs in key technologies, and the implementation of application scenarios.
In the port yard, where containers are stacked in rows and vehicles shuttle back and forth, mobile machinery such as container trucks, Reach stackers, loaders, and Forklifts bear the heavy responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of port logistics. However, due to factors such as complex operating environments, large blind spots in drivers' vision, and delays in human operators' reactions, these intricate human-machine interaction scenarios have become potential high-risk areas for safety accidents.
HIRI FUTURE is helping several ultra-large-span RMGs at Guangxi Port achieve full automation. Even after the equipment was handed over and put into operation, HIRI FUTURE didn't slow down its pace. In just three months of trial operation, the ultra-large-span RMGs achieved a handling efficiency of 30 moves per hour for container overturning operations with the BE system. Yang Zhengming, who was in charge of this project, will share his story with us.

Despite a decline in September's monthly data, the busiest port in the U.S., the Port of Los Angeles, delivered a record-breaking performance in the third quarter of this year—handling a total of 2.9 million TEUs, setting a new quarterly throughput record in the port's history.

The 2025 World Marine Equipment Conference will be held from October 16 to 19 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. The 2025 Third China Marine Equipment Expo will be held concurrently.
