As a vital node in the port logistics network of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, MTL not only plays a pivotal role in maintaining Hong Kong’s status as an international shipping center but also leverages its cross-border resource integration capabilities to provide global clients with efficient, green container logistics solutions.
“HIRI FUTURE” has developed an intelligent RTG system for Hong Kong Modern Terminals, comprehensively covering the core operational scenarios at the Quay. The system enables single-machine control, precise positioning, automatic container handling, and anomaly monitoring, along with Spreader planning and collision-avoidance safety mechanisms. The RTG system supports full-scenario positioning and identification across the Stack yard, Spreader, and container trucks, while integrating wind-speed detection and remote-operation modules. After implementation, the project has significantly enhanced the automation efficiency and safety protection level of terminal equipment.
